Rock Candy was born in Cloudsdale and in a family of musicals; her mother, a flutist and father a pianist. So the right to be musical was in her blood. When she was a filly she was sent to flight school but was more interested in music electives to find her calling in Equestria. Trying to follow in her parents hoof-prints she tried playing many instruments, but none of the 'classical' instruments that her parents used appealed to her.

Having tried everything that she could the filly became discouraged and depressed. Looking in the box one last time all she could find was a lonely guitar. Wanted to vent and pour out her sorrowful soul Rock Candy wailed on that guitar like there was no tomorrow. And you know what? She was pretty darn good at it for a filly; this was when she found her true calling, to be a famous Rock Star. She was gifted with the cutie mark of Pop Rocks, because her name is ROCK Candy and she loves to play ROCK music....pop ROCKS (These are the jokes people XD) After graduating she continued to advance in her musical career. She has become a great rock star pony, who loves to rock on in concerts! She even met the love of her life at one, which is an unlikely place because of his personality...

*huggie pony* Don't you ever scare Mama like that again! I've been trying to draw MLP: FiM, I had my design before, but never got to it. But when I finally had a drawing...it got tossed away in the trash...so I was like, "Screw it, base time" because I was becoming so impatient, and it was no way I could re-draw that same pose...
